Dear Sir, please help me out that I have taken a personal loan from Bajaj Finance ltd. I have given 28 EMIs out of 36 installments. Now I am going through a huge business loss, which makes me helpless to pay from Feb2019. As their agents are coming rappidly I feel distressed and so I went their office to meet the collection head as well as the person who passed my loan. I made all possible way to make him understand my situation which is very much genuine.But he shouted at me infront of all and I feel very much offenced.I came home all the way almost crying. I request him to allow me to give the EMIs after two months as inbetween I will reconstruct my business and continue to pay regularly.
please help me out of this situation.
