Hi
I had taken a house on rent 3 years ago and had paid 2 months caution deposit. I will be vacating the house next month and spoke to the landlord about refunding the caution deposit. He is refusing to return the caution deposit, saying that the deposit was never paid in the first place. Kindly help to solve the problem. I have rental agreement .
