Respected Sir,
I have purchased a residential plot from a real estate company through a close friend. I have fully paid the amount since mediator is my close friend and promising me with spot registration. Now the company is contineously postponing registration quoting some silly reasons, since 5 months. I have all the receipts for total amount I have paid and a sale sale agreement from the company. The sale agreement is also like a allotment letter and is not in the agreement format. I do not know what to do. Kindly help in this regard.
