Notarised special poa

Does notarised special poa works to execute the agreemenat and sale deed. Or is it supposed to be registered. The property is at lucknow and i notarised it from Hyderabad. Please clarify.

Yes, notarised power of attorny works untill it is properly stamped with respective stamp duty.

Its on 100 rs stamp paper and is stamped on all pages.

Notarized POA is for evidence only.  But for registration of another document basing on POA shall be registered.
