Notarized divorce deed

Is Notarized Divorce Deed is valid ?

Both parties had been signed Divorce Deed and notarized with two witness signed on 100 Rs stamp for each party.

Please experts guide me as its very urgent

DEAR cLIENT,

DIVORCE has to be gratnted properly by the Court of Competent jurisdiction. Only such verdict is valid in the eye of law.

the divorce is not valid, but deed will be useful in case both of u are going for MCD .

if u r Hindu,

and there is no custom of divorce,

then the deed is invalid,

Deed is invalid if you are hindu then court decree must for valid divorce..
