notarized document

I had purchased plots on a notarized document and possession is also mine. if the party who sold me the plots, what will be the decision of court.
my possession on those plots is more then 12 years

Unless a sale deed is registered, it can not become a  legally valid title deed.  Enjoy the possession and in the future, you may consult an advocate and get some kind of legality to that enjoyment and possession through a gift deed in favor of your own family member.  But remember, that you can not avail any housing loan or finance against that plot without a valid title deed.

Neither notarized agreement ( document ) nor long possession of property confers title of property.For ownership title you require registered sale deed so try to get registered sale deed from seller.

I concur  expert's advise.

Notarised document cannot transfer title (ownership) however, adverse possession may be claimed after 12 years as per law.
