Notice after fr filling from.police

In my FIR , which I have registered police has submitted FR and I got notice from court for final hearing if I have any objection against FR. So is this normal procedure after every FR or what is the reason .

This is normal process that after every FR ,court will ask for satisfaction .Or it is sent to book me under section 182

Such notices are generally sent after presentation of Final Report in the Court of Area Magistrate. Looking at your query, I feel that the police may have filed a cancellation report, stating that after thorough investigation no offence is found to have ben committed by the accused. Once, the said report is filed, the informant i.e. you will be given an opportunity to file objections, if any against such cancellation report. If you are satisfied with the investigation, the case will be closed, otherwise, the Magistrate will finally decide the matter taking into consideration your objections.
