Dear Sir,
For an employee on probation, is he obliged to serve notice period if he resigns due to non payment of salary for a period of 2 months from 2nd month onwards.
Two years earlier i was terminated from a company stating that i was not confirmed after probation period and company need not give me notice period to look for
another job.
So what is the legal rule for notice period applicability in case of termination by Employer / Resignation by employee during probation period.
