When anybody live a company ,What salary should he pay against a notice period? i.e. either he should pay basic salary or gross salary forced by company for the same period. If any body knows any rule or law regarding this, let me know ?

But Sir as per my joining letter only mentioned three months salary not basic or gross salary.My apointment letter is attached here for your reference.
