Nri husband and we have not address what to do?

hello ,

please guide me ..my daughter case is with family court and the court give her order and judement ..

but we have not current address of his residence at singapore ..what to do?

so many times we write e-mail about it at indian embessy..

from 5 years my daughter even never get intrime maintenance ...now family court ordered us final maintenance order..

we already file recory application in court as per lawyer advise..

her husband make chatting with her but not giving her address of his current residence..

people advise us that we have to directly go to singapore and contact to police and government ..

please guide us what to do?

Explain the same in a facebook page and any Indian may provide you his address. Or make a complaint to police and police can seek such information through mail from Singapore Embassy. Also refer the issue as grievance in on line pgrms portal of ministry of foreign affairs in three or four sentences. Invariably mention about such pending court orders.
