number of the plot is changed in the apartment

I purchased one plot in an apartment from land owners, by using actual agreement document between owners and builder, because at that time the apartment is under construction.
After construction the builder changed the plot number and he is forcing us take the wrong plot, which is right side to that of original plot we selected.
We selected the plot according to the boundaries mentioned properly in the original agreement between owner and builder, and we don't bothered about the plot number.
But now the builder changed the numbers of the plots in the apartment and forcing owners and me to take the plot according to the number not according to the boundaries mentioned in the original agreement.
I am requesting you to kindly provide the proper suggestion and way to proceed further to get my plot.

First, issue a notice for specific performance to allot the flat as per boundaries as mentioned in the agreement, let the builder respond and commit in writing, then proceed as per directions of your advocate.  Contact other victims/buyers of the flat, and engage one advocate for less expenses.
