oath in temple

People generally in any conversation / argument decides on going to temple and taking oath in name of God. How much that conversation acts as evidence? Is that evidence be admissible in court?

Sir,

In the above-mentioned query, an oath taken in the name of “God” does not stand as a valid point in the court of Law. Additionally, that is no evidence as it does not provide any valid ground for the case proceedings to be carried out, as any person may falsely claim the same.

Thankyou,

Shraddha
