i have one query regarding obc certificate.. my caste is in obc central list...but vro is saying it is not in state list... i want only obc certificate.. he is rejecting my application because it is not in state list... even though i am oc in state list... my caste is obc in central list... my father is government employee paying taxes regularly..can i get obc certificate ? what should i do now? am i eligible for obc? will i get obc certificate or not..
