Me and my husband both are government employees in clerical cadre. My annual income is Rs 5 lakh and my husband's annual income is Rs 5 lakh. I want to know whether our son is eligible for obtaining OBC certificate. Saying otherwise, whether we come in creamy layer of OBC or in non creamy layer of OBC?
