Obc valid across different states?

I am from Andhra Pradesh. As part of work, I have moved to Hyderabad. Since 4 years I am staying in Telangana. Due to recent lockdown, I have reached AP. Here for future use, I have applied OBC certificate for my daughter, and it is issued in AP with the address available in AP. Now If I would like to apply for Kendriya Vidyalaya in the state of telangana will this certificate valid for obtaining seat in OBC category? or do I need to apply another OBC in the state of telangana again.

You will get only one certificate for your caste and you have already issued from Andhrapradesh.

Now, if the Telangana state's kendriya vidhyalaya will be taking the admissions from the other states then it will be valid and if they will not taking the same from other states then don't try.

You will not get the certificate from Telangana state because you are only permanent resident of Andhrapradesh.
