Objection to ferfar

I am a widow with minor kids. My FIL had agreecultural land. After his death my MIL & husband added their names on 7/12 stating that they are only legal heirs. First my Mil then my husband exired. Now my SIL sent notice abjecting ferfar including names of my husband me & kids. Name of MIL not included. I have not yet added my name on 7/12 & am not against adding her name too. But am very disturbed by way she chose. Why my & my kids names are included in notice. 7/12 doesn’t incude our names. What if i simply ignore the notice. What are the legal risks involved. Please guide.
