Obscene book in amazon.in? illegal or legal ?

Selling obscene book is illegal in Section 292 in the Indian Penal Code.Under the Section 67 of IT Act, transmitting obscene material in electronic form is punishable. How www.amazon.in sell these types of books listed on their catalog. Is this breaking law? OR  these type of book can be distributed in India?
