Learned experts the testator of a trust is the founder of the trusts who reposes the confidence in a movable/immovable property to the trustees. After the death of the testator, it is the trustees who manage the trust as per the testator's wishes. Can you provide me a case law stating that no one after the death of the testator can become the author of the trust?
