OFF DUTY PUNCHNAMA WILL BE VALID ?

I O HAVE DONE A PUNCHNAMA IN MY FALSE CASE WITH 2 PUNCH WITNESS AND SHOWED A RECOVERY OF WEAPON BUT AT THE DATE AND TIME OF PUNCHNAMA I O WAS NOT ON DUTY AS PER DUTY BOOK OF I O. PLEASE LET ME KNOW DOES THIS PUNCHNAMA WILL BE ACCEPTED IN COURT ?

When IO is not on duty then any of his report or work cannot be taken on records.
