Office Order - reg

Dear Sir/ Madam,

Can an Office order issued to level 7 employee to assist a level 4 employee... yesterday i got an office order stating to assist a level 4 employee.... can i take any action in this regard... please guide me

office order to be followed by subordinates in their administration of rules.

I am being subordinate for my superior, i will follow the office order.... but my question is, is giving an office order to an officer stating to assist a group C employee right or wrong?... tell me please
