If she files for amendment, you take objection.

wife can present any list? How can it be proved that what she claims was given is true? She may have taken many things back when separated?
Agree with Adv Archana mam.........!
She can ask anything in her streedhan like your eyes, kidney, heart, liver etc..........lolzz
but again she has to give proof of above like from where the items where purchased, how much was it's cost, who sold you all these items etc etc.
without bill or any factual evidences it's only a dream for her.
Adv k . mahesh (advocate) 05 August 2013
your wife can file amendment petition by saying that she could not give particulars on the first petition and to accept the amendment petition

Anything is possible in court and there is no law as such to stop them fromseeking an ................................ amendment . Objections can be raised and than the hearing would go for another date with arguments etc . Ultimately what counts is evidence for the same .
