One day workshop on Ethics Management
- a newly coined Management course to fight and prevent fraud and corruption which undermine governance/corporate governance.
Special features of the unique course on Ethics Management
(i) No University or Business School has offered this course for business school students or working professionals
(ii) This course offers practical solutions with case studies to combat and prevent fraud and irregularities in Corporate houses/NGOs/Govt. Departments/Banks which cause substantial revenue loss and damage reputation of the organization in public eye.
(iii) The participants would be exposed to fraud prevention mechanisms/regulatory laws, anti-corruption laws, etc, so that they can help their top functionaries take decisions ethically and thus prevent their organizations from falling a prey to any scam that rocks the economy of the nation.
(iv) The participants would be taught how to apply ethics management to their work places.
The Course Director/Faculty is Mr. T. Job Anbalagan, who has 34 years of in-depth experience in the field of Ethics and Corporate Governance i.e. 14 years in the apex anti-corruption body i.e. Central Vigilance Commission and 22 years at senior management cadre on Vigilance Management in 3 leading Central PSUs (Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd., Airports Authority of India and Neyveli Lignite Corporation Ltd. Mr. Job Anbalagan has acquired practical knowledge and expertise in fraud/corruption related functions of commercial organizations. The other distinguished faculty is Mr. P.M. Pillai, Director (Retd), Central Vigilance Commission, who has 36 years of immense and rich experience of working for Central Vigilance Commission including two years on deputation to DDA as Dy. Director (Vigilance). Mr. Pillai has acquired immense knowledge, vast experience, long exposure, high expertise- etc, in almost all vigilance functions. His long association with the CVC had equipped him with the kind of what could be called ‘practical wisdom’ to find specific solutions to every kind of vexatious issues which one might encounter while dealing with ethics-related matters.
