One mudder case involving 14 peoples how they are getting jail punishment

My brother name rijister FIR A3 in mudder case this particular mudder involved in 14 peoples.How many years he will get jail punishment.

if the charges are proven then the his role will be consider then if his the prime leader of the murder then the life imprisoned
