A competitor company has created defaming blogs through anonymous accounts. Offender has also used company logo on the blog

We must take legal action and court orders to be sent to Google as well.

If the facts mentioned are not true and the identity of the blogger is not known then in such event you can put a complaint to the cyber cell under IT Act, with the relevant sections of IPC and Competition Act. For further queries a;ways feel free to contact us.
