Online sale sites cheating!

I have ordered with Whaaky.com as follows:

Product Details

The order was made on 5th March.2016 and the full amount of Rs.2347.00 paid through net banking.

1.S8012763312359 5 Linen Shirts @ 999 1 999.0 0

2.S8012763312334 5 Koutons Checks Casual Shirts @ 1049

3.S8012763312362 2 Formal Shirts @ 299 1 299.0 0

First, the Whaaky sent only the last item worth 299.00. The two shirts are not the quality and as shown in the picture of their website. I wrote to them and they did not care to reply me properly. After some emails, they asked for the photo of the defective material. I also took a photo of the shirt and sent to them. They did not answer or care for taking any positive action. I have cancelled the remaining orders.

I was sending emails and posting in their blog several times. They after a month sent the first item and that also was not of good quality and particularly the size was too small for me to wear. I wrote to them and this time also they did not care to reply or take any action.

Since then they reply to my several mails once in a month acting like innocent and asking me to return the materials through courier so that they can process for refund. I was insisting to send their courier person to collect it back.

So far the third item of the order was not sent to me or refunded. They never answered for that in their replies. I feel very much for this as cheated very badly.  I need advise from experts what kind of action can be taken to get back my money and punish the cheating online selling agent 'Whaaky.com'.

I am presenting my one of the email for your kind perusal.

 
Dear Whaaky,
I think you can understand the mails I have already sent. Out of the three consignments, the defective product was from the only one you first sent. I had cancelled the other two order consignments and for which also I had paid money. Totally I have paid you Rs.2347.00. You have to refund the amount deducting the Rs.299.00 consignment you sent and I received.

The defective consignment value was Rs.299.00 only. Out of the two shirts in that consignment, One was not that size I ordered. The defect is on your side and I can't spend for sending the product. You can collect it through your courier person.
 
I hope you understand the problem now and go through the orders and your default and carelessness in replying me.
You have said that your phone lines may be busy attending to other customers. My phone is not that much busy and you can contact me any time to know the problem.
 
It seems you want to drag on and hold the money for some time or cheat me by replying with irrelevant answers.

I want immediate refund of the cancelled orders of Rs.2048.00 immediately with out further delay. If you further delay, I will have to claim compensation for mental agony caused. If you can understand the problems, you kindly go through the entire orders and my mails and act immediately, please.

First, you have to send a notice (by yourself or through your lawyer) stating the details of the incident and claiming compensation within a reasonable time. If the company does not comply, then you have to file a case before the consumer forum.

1) sir send legal notice through local lawyer for ur claim and compensation for mental harrasement.

2) If company does not ready to give relief then u can file case in "Distgrict 

consumer court".
