Sir,
i have purchased some electronic products online from snapdeal on 26th feb. It was informed to be shipped within 7 days. Later the product was told to be shipped after another 3 days due to some delay. Again i was told that it was to be shipped after another 3 days ie, before 12th march. Today is 13th and product is not yet delivered. I rang them and they apologized for the delay.
Do i have any remedy of compensation? How can i seek for it?
