Open car parking

I am parking my car in open space in Society premises and paying the charges agreed by the society. I want to construct a shed to protect my vehicle from

rain and other wether condition. Last year i had consturcted shed and had taken permission from BMC, but the society chairman forcefully throw away the shed.

Now i want to build shed made from metal sheets in open space for my car, please sugget the way out.
