Hi, Myself want to conduct a business of buying agricultural land, developing the same into farm houses i.e construct house, sheds, barns, accessorise the farm with flowers , fruit and vegetable plantation and then sell it a ready farm house. For this business activity should i form a PVT LTD company to do the buying/selling and development OR nuy in personal name and let the company do only development.
Further clarification - Will the co. be able to buy agri land, if yes, what should be MOA
My father is an agriculturist, hence i assume im eligible to buy agri land. The directors of the company shall be me and my real brother.
