One of my friend suggested me to get the copy of operative order for the ex parte order passed against me. Do any one knows what is this operative order and what is the use of it?

1. It means continuing or in operation of a decision issued by a competent Court
2. What your friend means is that; apply for the Certified Copy of the ex-parte Order and there you will come to know on what operative basis the Court gave ex-parte Order and then one may act either to follow the Order or approach appellate Court for its set-aside and if not followed then it becomes binding to parties.
