Oral gift of property as per muslim personal law

Respected lawyers,

I arshad from Hyderabad, want to know I am the owner of the house located at Hyderabad, GHMC. The total area of this house is 100 yard with roof shaded. I acquired this house from my mother through registered gift deed and my mother acquired this house from her father through oral gift as per Muslim personal law I and my mother only has been living this house since last 38 years (from the purchase date). My maternal grandfather died on July 2003 before his death he orally gifted his house to his daughter now my questions are

1) What is my legal position in this house as per Indian law?

2) Now 2016 my mother's real brothers and sisters are saying this property its matrooka (divided in their total family).

3) Please suggest me what type of legal actions I can take against them.

                                                Thanking you.

Oral gift had no value in eyes of law.

The property is ancestoral or self acquired?

How many leal heir you have?

Gift under Muslim Law (HIBA) requires no registration. This principle is  the settled position n Law..
