Originals filed in civil court

My advocate asking for Originals to be submitted to Court as the Judge asking for Plaintiff Evidence Proof.

Advocates says Civil Court DO NOT give any kind of Original received proof like Inward Stamp on photocopy of Originals submited to Court.?

Is this True?

Yes, no acknowledgment is given on the photocopies. But still you need not worry. Because, the documents are filed as per the prescribed list and you may either draw certified copies of the same for your purpose, or after the documents are read in evidence, you may also get back the originals from the court and keep certified copies or the verified photocopies on record.

In order to show that the original documents are filed in the Court, you may draw the certified copy of the list of documents filed for submitting your documents.
