Obtaining STAY orders to caught Fake SC employees is a Cup of Tea for few senior counsels in High courts and Supreme court. They create tumult by chanting natural justice for STAY. They furl a lot of disparaging& denigrating comments of Dist collector in the process. Because, Dist collector always uses Law of Inference to declare a fake SC as a Fake SC just like a spade is a spade. But Law of speculations are used in judiciary by seasoned senior Advocates with perjury, Lies, suborning perjury, concocted stories like demised mother had SC surname or brought up in some SC family. All concocted stories, cavil arguments, implausible logics with quantity of borrowed witness from SC family yo show as relatives are practiced with fabricated substantial evidence. How can Judges obstinate with speculative stories and abdicate from sacking a caught fake SC employee like smt Birudha Rajatatnam from Telangana Saraswata parishad, Hyd or MP like smt Navneet kaut Rana. Once STAY orders are given on top priority, STAY VACATION becomes least priority in the shuffling by Bench clerk or listing by Registry. All knew the business inside the Registry. A Fake SC Govt employee smt Birudha Rajaratnam is only one in her family of four siblings who is having SC papers. She failed 10th class six times and managed malpractice pass later degree and P.G in open university. She was appointed in SC reserved woman category lecturer job in 2002. She obtaind fake SC papers with father's name. Once she was caught in 2010, DRAMA was started on demised mother's name. Dist Admin cancelled her SC papers but never issued SC papers on mother's name. But Arguments are made on mother's name. She changed her name with affidavit to be known as Kavali Rajaratnam to meet whims and fancies in judiciary. She completed 20yrs of service& drawing salary of 2.5 lakh per month. Almost all her supporters ars corrupt. No police or judge ever asked about children in family as she kept them away since she was caught. She being 3rd wife to husband, has cheated step daughter family also. IPC 406 case. Later she took the help of Advocate to harass her family with police complaints and sending intimidating Legal Notice. Her hired Advocate sri PC Arvind Babu used fake allegations with inimidating vocabulary that he wil file SC/ST Atrocity case on son in law. How did such idea comes to an Advocate? He doesn't know on whom to apply SC/ST act. How did he pass LLB. By cheating in exams? But damage has been done. The step daughter committed suicide blaming her parents in suicide note. Again Advocate demon brain worked to put the blame on son in law that he only forced her to write suicide if hand writing matches. The allegations varied feom Husband only stangulated wife for dowry and later hanged. Hand writing in suicide note doesnt match. Assets &Money was prime motto. Police dangled to this speculative story without asking past cases of parents in city.

Without looking into merits in the case, Refraining from merits in the case, the court has not expressed any opinion on the substantial evidence- STAY orders are issued as Natural Jusstice is was not given from 2011 to 2022. All knew the substantial evidence was again fake one (demised mother had SC surname) & Judge ordered fresh enquiry after 6 years of first instance. Time pass activity to muck salary. The family of caught fakeSC had two daughters. Smt Vishali was step daughter, smt Suguna was mother-in-law. Paparaju disbanded them after cheating her family in 2010. Vishali was instigated to commit suicide by fakeSC step mother. SC/ST atrocity Legal notice of intimidation by hired Advocate Arvinda Babu was sent to Son in law. ,
