Ownership transfer after death of joint flat owner

Me and my wife were joint owner of our flat. My wife passed away recently. We have a 2 years old daughter. I would like to sale this flat in future. Please suggest to keep all required documents cleared.

As per law if a co-owner dies, their interest/share in the property is automatically passed to the surviving co-owner(s), whether or not they have a will.
For future reference, you need to keep the following documents along :-
1.) Agreement related to purchase of the flat,
2.) Death Certificate,
3.) Claim Application Form,
4.) Probate of Will (if any) and
5.) Succession Certificate.
