Dear Members,
I've recently purchased a builder flat and the contract with builer was to get a two wheeler parking. However, the registry document contains only some common statement regarding allotement of parking but does not specify my rights to that. Please refer the attachment of the page where in the registry says about allotement of paking. Another thing is that there is no allotement letter given to me yet.
Kindly confirm if I have the legal right of parking by this statement without any allotement letter?
Also, there is no mention to parking in the entire registry apart from that.
