I heard that as per supreme court decision if builder had allotted parking allotment letter to flat owner
but after registration of society that allotment letter is invalid. because as per law registration of property is valid but parking is not allowed to sale to flat owner's . in short all allotment and non allotment parking will be come under society's control. my society registered in new society clause act. pls revert
