partenership deed for land

sir , please clarify my doubt  that if the property is sutivated in banglore , but the partners are sutivated in chennai , the property has been registered in the name of single owner , now the parners want to create the parnership  deed , so weather the documents rquired for parnetship deed should be purchased and written in chennai or banglore , pls clarify

It can be anywhere because partnership deed is required the presence of partners and their addresses should be local.
