partition deed

My mother has self acquired land property in her name. I am the only son and have two married sisters. I also have a self acquired land property. My mother wants to transfer her land property to me by making a partition or family settlement deed in which she keeps only a small portion of her property. Do my sisters have any right over my mother’s property at present and can they object if she transfers her land property to me by this way?

Why you are posting same query again and again?

1. The property is ur mother's self acquired one, so she can settle it in favour of you.

2. Ur sisters can not object
