After registered partition deed the nature of property is self acquired.
The owner can dispose his/her self acquired property in favor of anyone by a valid/registered deed e.g; sale/gift deed.
The lender can sanction loan against property if title is clear and borrower is creditworthy and satisfies the T&C of lender.
It is lenders discretion.
