Hi sir,
We are going to do a partition deed in Sub Registar office. We have land in two different Gat Nos.
The 3 shares are there one for father, and 2 sons. In one Gat no the land is ancestral and in other its come by purchase and some by death will to my father. We only have to do the partition of only one Gat Number. So is it possible to divide only 50% land and pay only stamp duty for that land in the sub registrar office.
