Partition law

Dear Sir,

There are 2 member living in Hindu joint family ( 1.Saminathan, 2.Arumugam), and having 5 acres agriculture land from our grand father property before 1950, after cultivating the land improved 20 acres based on this grand father property income, after 1982 while re-survey period amicable partition done by revenue officer each one 12.5 acres, This partition are ok?, It can produce any problem in future?,   (Note: purchased all 20 acres with saminathan name in sub-register because he was elder brother in our family)

Sir, it appears from the message that the 20 acres of land has been registered in the name of Mr.Saminathan.It appears that Mr.Arumugam is law ful owner of his 10 acres. It is advisable to make partition by mutual between brothers to avoid any future dispute.Transfer of land can be made by settlement.Consult an Advocate with all documents

Please read the 4th line as 'Mr.Arumugam is NOT a lawful owner�
