I am saurabh K Pandey from uttarakhand. My grand father left a property in dehradun. He had three son andh two doughters(A, B). after two doughter there was a son(C) then my father(D) and then a son(E). My grand father purchased a land in dehradun in 1970. after his death my grand mother was owning it and she distributed it among her three sons. My father (D) made a house and asked my uncle (E) to let live there. after my father's death my uncle reconstructed and enlarged the house without asking us. Now my elder uncle (C) has died and his son is asking for the partition. but my uncle (E) saying that the partition will be done according to his willing, as we wished to have a partition at the front face of road and he is denying. please help me and suggest me what can I do as i am worring that he can construct another thing to grab the property.
