Whether your father is alive or not?  Is the property ancestral or self-acquired by your father?  Did your brother married or not?

Since your unmrried brother , mother and father died, the properties left behind by your father shall devolve equally on his own legal heirs namely you and your step siblings, iof you belong to Hindu religion.
