Partition of property

Hello Sir, My father expired two years back, He was the owner of the property, Now my mother wants partition of property, we are 2 brothers and 3 sisters. few times back we (me and my 2 sisters) give our share to our mother via relinquishment deed. that time my elder brother and one sister didn't give their share to mother. Now my mother wants partition of the property. this is my fathers self acquired property. Please tell us the simple procedure regarding partition of the property.
