I am resident of Westbengal. I have a question if anyone of you kindly answer. We are 2 brothers and 1 sister. My sister is married. I am also married but my brother is not. My father has passed away in 2007. Before that I arranged all the money to save properly, my mother as nominee. Now my mother does not want to give any money. Infact she want to give all money to my brother and sister. Can my mother legally do that? Is there any law by which I can file petition to get my part of money or at least some money? I don't want to be fully neglected. Please suggest me what should I do now?
