My father has a property in his name which was inherited to him by my grandfather (ancestral). Both my father and mother expired in a span of 7 months in 2005 and 2006 respectively without writing any will. Right now I am living in this property. I have 2 sisters who are married (one in 1994 and the younger in 1996). They are not ready to sign NOC and they are also not moving any court for partition. It has been over 8 years since my mother died. Will the property belong to me if I live in this property for 30 years if my sisters do not approach court for partition. please guide
