Partition suit

Dear Sirs/Madams,

My Grand Father's (Maternal) had 6 daughters and 1 son (younger of all). Now my grandfather and grand mother are no more. Agricultural Land which was on my grand father's name (Pattadar) was sold by my uncle way back in 1995 without approval or signatures of his 6 sisters and we do not even know that was sold. Can i file a suit for partition for my mother's share (individually) as my uncle is forcing her to sign some documents.

Please help me with guidance in this regards.

Thank you!

There is limitation period for every thing.  It is not clear as to how grandfather has obtained the patta, and whether your uncle has also worked with him .  Contact your advocate as several intricate details are involved.

Further as you have lost possession decades back, you have to pay court fee of your mother's share  at the existing market rates without a certain win in the suit.  The stand of other parties is also material in the suit.
