Question 1
My Question is the Property Purchased in the year 1962, 1963 & 1995 is Self-occurred or Ancestral ?
Question 2
Duration between the Sale & First Purchase is 2.5 years (30 months) at that period he don’t have any other income, my grandfather also don’t have any document so Period 2.5 year give any problem ?
Question 3
Reason is clearly given in the 1959 Sale document to buy another land so witness is necessary or not ?
Question 4
