pay protection

sir my name is Sujeet Kumar Rai working in Navodaya Vidyalaya as permanent teacher PGT Chemistry and my present basic is 66000/in seventh pay.and I had applied for the post of Diet lecturer in up through proper channel and obtained NOC from Dept this vacancy was advertised by uppcs allahabad .now I am selected for the post of Lecturer diet which grade pay is 4800 in six pay commission then what and in seventh pay it will be 47600. then I want to know whether my salary will be protected or not please guide me because when I contacted to diet and scert up no positive responsue from them.
