Presently i am working in a central PSU, BCPL as Dy manager on E3 grade. I joined BCPL on 1 st October 2012 from a state PSU , APL via personal interview on experience post through proper channel and NOC at a Basic Pay Rs 24,900. Now my previous employer APL (state PSU) scale revised w.e.f 01/04/2009, and implemented on june 2013 and my last basic becomes Rs. 31,210 in APL whenever I got released from my previous company. Now I apply for pay protection, but my present employer say that you will not get it because it is not applicable if a person coming from from State PSU to Central PSU but there is no written documents for this. Now my question is whether i should get or not pay fixation as per law? What can I do for getting this? Please reply any one has idea regarding this
