Hi All My name is Sammy. I am planning to start a Paying Guest service. I had few doubts regarding the same. If somebody could help me for the same that would be great. Following are my doubts:-
1) I have 3 options available with me in regards to opening up the PG i.e. gurugram, Delhi or noida. Please do suggest which locality would be better in respect to starting of same i.e. where I can get best ROI.
2) Do I need to register my PG under any act of indian government. If so please do suggest the act, documents, time(approximately) and money(approximately) involved in the same.
3) Will the PG come under a residential property or commercial property? If under the commercial property, can I do some of the commercial activities on one of the floors i.e. opening up a shop etc.
4) What would be the tax slab applicable on PG services?
5) Do seperate accounts have to maintained with respective to the PG facility?
